National Children's Gardening Week takes place from 29th May- 6th June, this week focuses on getting your children enthusiastic about gardening.
This year National children's garden week has teamed up with Peppa Pig to help raise money for Save the Children whilst encouraging your little ones to get outdoors and get gardening! Save the Children are a UK-based charity that works not only in the UK but across the world to give children a chance to learn, develop and grow, a chance many children wouldn't have without the support from this amazing charity. The coronavirus pandemic has only heightened the need for support from this charity as now more than ever children are in need of basic supplies.
If you would like to donate you can visit the just giving page or you can head down to your local garden centre's where National Children's Gardening Centres have created some activity booklets you can take home in exchange for a donation to this great cause, but please check participating garden centre's via the store locator before you head out.
