Regatta Outdoors Store Member Competition Terms And Conditions

1. Promoter

  • The promoter is Regatta Ltd, Basecamp, Mercury Way, Dumplington, Manchester, M41 7RR (“Regatta”).

2. Eligibility

  • The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
  • Employees of Regatta Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the competition are excluded from entry.
  • Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

3. Competition Period

  • The competition runs from 8th October 2025 until 31st October 2025 (“the Competition Period”).
  • Regatta reserves the right to extend, shorten, suspend, or withdraw the competition at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

  • To enter, participants must sign up for a Regatta membership during the Competition Period.
  • Only one entry per person is permitted. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.
  • Internet access is required.

5. Prize

  • There are 30 pairs of Regatta Vibram shoes available to be won.
  • The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternative is offered.
  • Regatta reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

  • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Competition Period ends.
  • Winners will be notified via the email address used for their membership sign-up within 14 days of the competition closing.
  • Winners must respond within 7 days to claim their prize. If no response is received, Regatta reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of Prize

  • Prizes will be dispatched to UK addresses only within 30 days of confirmation of details.
  • Regatta is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during delivery.

8. Publicity

  • By entering, participants agree that Regatta may use their name and (if consented) image for promotional purposes, without further payment or permission.

9. Data Protection

  • Personal data provided during entry will be processed in accordance with Regatta’s Privacy Policy
  • Data will only be used for administering the competition and contacting winners.

10. General

  • Regatta’s decision in all matters relating to this competition is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
