By entering our competition, you warrant:

1. That you are 18 years of age or older.
2. You do not work for The Regatta Group, De Vere or any of their affiliate companies.
3. You are a resident of the United Kingdom.

1. We need a valid Membership account to contact the winner via email and only fully completed entries before 23:59 GMT 9th May 2025 will be valid.

2. Only one entry per person permitted.

3. Winner Selection: So that the winner is selected fairly from all the valid entries received, we will use a random generator under independent supervision to draw the winner on w/c 19th May 2025.

4.The winner will be notified by email w/c 19th May 2025 to confirm they are able to accept the prize.

5. If the winner does not respond to us within 5 days from the date of the notification, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random. If the winner rejects their prize or if their entry is invalid, the prize will be forfeited, and we will select another winner at random.

6. The judge’s decision will be final, and no correspondence will be entered into.

7. The winner must confirm that they are happy for us to publish their name as the winner of the competition.

8. No responsibility will be accepted by the Regatta Group for loss of entries through technical faults, transmission delays or incomplete, illegible or other damaged entries. Proof of entry is not automatically proof of receipt.

9. The prize is a voucher for ‘an overnight stay with breakfast at a De Vere hotel of your choice’ and is subject to availability.

10. Travel to and from the hotel and additional costs outside of those stated in the prize offer/other than the room booking are not included in the prize and will be your responsibility.

12. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with any other offer, promotion, or discount, and cannot be transferred to anyone else.

13. Restrictions apply: the holiday must be taken between 1st May 2025 to 31st March 2026 (subject to availability).

14. Hotel stay must be booked before 31st December 2025.

15. The stay must be taken before the 31st March 2026.

16. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.

17. The maximum number of persons staying in the hotel room is two adults.

18. Bookings are subject to availability.

19. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, The Regatta Group reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.

20. These terms and conditions are governed by English Law and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
