Promotional Code Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all promotional code offers run by Regatta Ltd (the ‘Promoter‘) unless a specific offer states otherwise (the ‘Offer Terms’). If there are any conflict with these terms and the specific Offer Terms, the Offer Terms will take priority.
1. Eligible Items, Exclusions and Availability: Promo code discounts apply only to eligible items, categories or URLs as specified in the Offer Terms. They cannot be used on excluded items, including delivery charges the purchase of eGift Cards, items already discounted by any stated, or products included in a separate offer such as a multibuy promotion, unless the Offer Terms state otherwise. If a promotion is subject to availability, stock limits, order limits, or other restrictions, these will be clearly set out in the Offer Terms and, where practicable, in the promotional materials.
2. Usage Limits and Participation Restrictions Each promo code may only be used once per customer unless the Offer Terms state otherwise. The Promoter may also apply reasonable limits (for example, one use per order, per household, or per account, or limits on the number of items purchased) where stated in the Offer Terms. Only one promo code can be applied per order and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or promotion unless the Offer Terms state otherwise.
3. Minimum Spend and Delivery Charges Where a promo code is subject to a minimum spend requirement, the qualifying spend will be calculated on the price of eligible items only (after any other applicable discounts or automatic reductions have been applied, unless the Offer Terms state otherwise). Delivery charges do not count toward any minimum spend requirement. Prices and any discount will be shown at basket/checkout; any mandatory charges that apply to the order will be made clear before the customer places the order.
4. Online/In-Store Applicability, Promotion Period, and Availability Promo codes are valid online only, unless the Offer Terms explicitly states they can be used in-store. Promo codes are valid only during the promotion period stated in the Offer Terms (including any start/end date or time) and may be subject to availability (including stock limits).
5.Redemption Customers must apply the promo code to their basket before proceeding to checkout and before placing the order. A promo code will apply only if the customer meets the conditions stated in the Offer Terms (for example, minimum spend, product eligibility and promotion period).
6. Retrospectivity Promo codes can only be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be added to orders already placed. If a customer forgets to apply the promo code before placing an order, the discount will not be applied retrospectively.
7. Misuse The discount is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit. Promo codes may not be sold, transferred, or shared publicly, and the Promoter may cancel a code where it reasonably believes this has occurred.
8. Cancellation and Fairness Regatta Ltd. reserves the right to cancel or withdraw a promo code offer, refuse redemption, or amend these terms (including the end date) where necessary. This may include where we reasonably suspect misuse or fraud, where there is a technical issue, where a pricing/typographical error has occurred, or where stock or supply constraints mean we cannot meet demand. Where practicable, we will provide reasonable notice of material changes. Any changes will be made fairly and reasonably, and we will not describe an offer as time-limited, scarce, or “while stocks last” unless that is genuine.
