Step 1 Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
Step 2 Fill in the returns form located on the back on your invoice to kindly let us know the reason for the return.
Step 3 Package your items securely along with your completed returns form. Any type of packaging can be used as long as it is secure.
Step 4 Click the button below to arrange a free of charge return! You can return your parcel to a local Parcel Connect location.
Step 6 We will process your refund within 14 days of drop-off/collection and will send you an email to let you know once it has been processed!
Refund FAQs
You can arrange a convenient Parcel Connect return, completely free iof charge! Please click here and follow the instructions.
For orders paid for with a credit/debit card, your card will not be charged for the cancelled item and any pending funds released within 10 working days.
If paying by PayPal, a refund will be processed for the cancelled item within 48 hours.
For Klarna payments, your Klarna account will be adjusted to reflect the cancelled item within 5 working days.
If your item was discounted using a promo code, you will be refunded the price paid after discount for that specific product.
You will receive your refund within 14 days of the returned item being collected by the courier. If you have posted the item back to us, you will be refunded within 14 days of the parcel being received back at our warehouse. We will email you once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of returning your item, please contact us.
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.
