- 1. This Promotion is only open to legal residents of Ireland including NI and ROI. Anyone under the age of 18 who enters will need to be accompanied by an adult. In this case, the winner will need to use their additional ticket for their parent or guardian.
- 2. So that we are completely fair, anyone professionally connected to Regatta is not allowed to enter.
- 3. You don’t have to buy anything to take part in this Promotion but you do need a valid Facebook account and access to the internet.
- 4. Promotion Period: You can enter between 09:00 GMT on 3rd June 2019 until 23.59 GMT on 17th June 2019.
- 5. To Enter: Within the Promotion Period, you must Comment on the Competition Post on the Regatta Ireland Facebook page with who you would take to the Sligo Camino walk and both like the Regatta Ireland Competition post.
- 6. Sorry, but you may only enter once, during the Promotion Period. A maximum of one prize can be won per person.
- 7. The Prize: One winners will win a pair of tickets to the Sligo Camino Walk on the 6th July. Travel to the event is not included. Prize is not transferable and for this event only.
- 8. Winner Selection: So that our winners are selected fairly from all the valid entries we receive, the draw will be carried out randomly and will take place on 18th June 2019.
- 9. Contacting the Winners: We’ll contact the winners via Facebook on 18th June 2019. If you are a winner, you must respond to us within 48 hours otherwise we reserve the right to award the Prize to a reserve winner. We will contact you and ask for your details (name and email) which will be used to register you onto the Sligo Camino walk through their sign up process.
- 10. We’re sorry but you can’t transfer a prize to someone else or exchange it for something else or a cash or other alternative.
- 11. If, for reasons we can’t control, a prize is no longer available, we’ll offer you an alternative prize which we hope you’ll still love but which will definitely be of equal or greater value./li>
- 12. Data Privacy: Your personal data will be held in accordance with our Privacy Policy here: https://www.regatta.ie/privacy-policy/ and will only be used for the purposes of this Promotion unless we have your consent.
- 13. We believe in fair play. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or third parties will not be accepted and we will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking your identity by manipulating IP addresses, using identities other than your own and any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the Promotion. If you’re found to be cheating, you will be excluded.
- 14. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook or Twitter.
- 15. Unfortunately, if you suffer any loss or damage that arises out of or in connection with the Promotion or prize itself (whether in contract, tort (including (without limitation) negligence), statutory duty or otherwise) Regatta won’t be liable for this.
- 16. If this Promotion can’t run properly because of fraud, tampering, technical errors or anything else that is beyond our control which affects the running, administration, security or fairness of this promotion, we reserve the right to disqualify any person involved. We will also have the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Promotion.
- 17. By entering you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
- 18. If someone or something tampers with this Promotion in some way whether by fraud, technical failures, system errors or other issues, including any such failure which is within the control of Regatta or its agencies, Regatta and its agencies will not be responsible for the promotion, prize or for the non-inclusion of entries. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
- 19. In the event of any dispute our decision is final.
- 20. The winners may be required to participate in any reasonable publicity arising from the Promotion.
- 21. If you are the winner of the Promotion, you agree that the Promoter may use your full name, and town or county of residence to announce the winner of this Promotion.
- 22. The full names of the winners will be available to view on the Regatta Facebook page and will be available after with 4 weeks of the close of the Promotion Period for 4 weeks.
