Step 1 Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact)

Step 2 Fill in the returns form located on the back on your invoice to kindly let us know the reason for the return.

Step 3 Package your items securely along with your completed returns form. Any type of packaging can be used as long as it is secure.

Step 4 Click the button below to arrange a convenient Evri return! You can return your parcel to a local ParcelShop for just £2.95, or arrange a home collection for £3.25.

Step 5 Take your parcel to your chosen drop-off location and bring along your QR code. If you've chosen to print your own label, please make sure this is on the parcel. You will be able to track your parcel until it reaches us.

Step 6 We will process your refund within 14 days of drop-off/collection and will send you an email to let you know once it has been processed!

You can arrange a convenient Evri ParcelShop drop-off for £2.95 or home collection for £3.25. Please click here and follow the instructions.

If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.

Online orders can be returned to any of our official Regatta high-street stores. Please note items ordered directly from our website cannot be returned to any of our stockists, concession or 3rd party retailers.

If you no longer have the form, please include inside your returning parcel a note with your name, order number and details of the items to be returned.

You will receive your refund within 14 days of the returned item being collected by the courier. If you have posted the item back to us, you will be refunded within 14 days of the parcel being received back at our warehouse. We will email you once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of returning your item, please contact us.

For orders paid for with a credit/debit card or Apple/Google Pay, your card will not be charged for the cancelled item and any pending funds released within 10 working days.

If paying by PayPal, a refund will be processed for the cancelled item within 48 hours.

For Klarna payments, your Klarna account will be adjusted to reflect the cancelled item within 5 working days.
