If you purchased your item from an official Regatta highstreet store, you can return to any of our own stores for a refund or exchange. Please bring along your proof of purchase.
Please note that items purchased from one of our concession or 3rd party retailers must be returned to the place of purchase and cannot be returned to one of our Regatta stores.

Step 1 Make sure the item is unused and in its original condition (including all labels and tags intact)
Step 2 Ensure you have your receipt, or proof of purchase. Please remember that items purchased from one of our concession or 3rd party retailers must be returned to the place of purchase and cannot be returned to one of our Dare2b stores.

Go to your nearest store with the item & proof of purchase for your refund. Find your nearest store here.
FAQs
For orders paid for with a credit/debit card, your card will not be charged for the cancelled item and any pending funds released within 10 working days.
If paying by PayPal, a refund will be processed for the cancelled item within 48 hours.

If your item was discounted using a promo code, you will be refunded the price paid after discount for that specific product.
You will receive your refund within 14 days of the returned item being collected by the courier. If you have posted the item back to us, you will be refunded within 14 days of the parcel being received back at our warehouse. We will email you once your refund has been processed. If you have not received your refund after 14 days of returning your item, please contact us.
If you would like to exchange an item purchased from us online, please return it to us for a refund and then simply place a new order for the replacement. For purchases made in store, please return to any of our stores with your receipt or proof of purchase within 30 days.
