Standard Delivery

This service is free on UK orders of £60 or more, otherwise just £3.95 per order and you will have your order delivered within 4-7 working days after despatch on a fully tracked delivery service. (Please note this is not a signed for service). Upon dispatch you will be sent an e-mail containing your tracking number and the website link and you will be able to view the status of your parcel. We also offer an SMS text service to keep track of your delivery via your mobile please just enter your mobile number at the checkout.

Express Delivery

Express delivery is only available on UK mainland* orders, it costs £6,95. We can deliver the next working day if order is placed Monday to Thursday before 8pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week. *Exception postcodes for next day delivery are as follows we will accept your order however delivery is a 2 day service and off shore is dependant on service in place: AB 31-35 , AB 36-38, AB 41-54, AB 55-56, FK 17-21,G 83, GY 9, HS1-9, IM ALL postcodes , IV ALL postcodes, KA 27, KA 28, KW 0-14, KW 15-17, PH2, PA20-78, PH 15-18, PH 19-29, PH 1-29, PH 32-33, PH 45-48, PH 30-31, PH 34-44, PH 49-99, TR 21-25, ZE ALL postcodes.

Premium Express

Premium Express is only available on UK mainland* orders, it costs £9.95. We can deliver the next working day by 12 noon if order is placed Monday to Thursday before 8pm. If you order on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday and select Premium express service your order will be delivered on the Tuesday of that following week.

Delivery to an alternative address:

If you would like to send the parcel to an alternative address, then please fill in address details at the order stage. Please note: Once an order has been processed the delivery address for that order cannot be changed.

International Delivery:

We are currently unable to deliver items to international addresses.

The Channel Islands and Ireland:

Standard delivery is £8.50 and we aim to deliver within 5 working days.

Will I get back the original postage and packing charges that I paid if I cancel my order?

If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within fourteen days after the day you get your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations.You need to notify ourselves within the 14 day cancellation period via written email communication to comply. If you paid for premium or express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us. We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the fourteen days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 28 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).



Please note that we do not deliver to BFPO addresses.

Not going to be home? From newsagents to petrol stations and - even train stations, Collect+ has over 5,000 safe and secure delivery locations for your parcels. To find your nearest one, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode. Most Collect+ locations are open late seven days a week so you can pick up your delivery at a time and place that suits you.

Easy to Choose

  • 1. At checkout select Collect+ as your delivery option and choose your nearest shop or pick-up location.
  • 2. When your parcel arrives at your chosen Collect+ location, you'll receive an email or text to say that it's ready for collection. Your message will contain a barcode, please bring this code along with some ID to collect your parcel.
  • 3. Collect your parcel when it's convenient to. You'll receive reminder messages but if you don't collect it after 10 days, it will be returned to Regatta

FAQ's

How much will a Collect+ delivery cost?

Collect+ costs £3.95 on all orders.

How long will it take for my parcel to arrive?

A Collect+ delivery will arrive in your chosen store in 2 working day. So if you place your order Monday to Friday before 3.30pm it will be delivered 2 days later to the store of your choice. Note that if ordered Saturday or Sunday it will not be delivered till the following Wednesday. You will receive confirmation from collect+ via email and or SMS once your parcel is available for collection. This will include your unique collection code. So it is important at checkout to enter a valid telephone number or email address.

Can you advise a time that it will arrive?

Unfortunately a specific time of arrival cannot be given. You will receive an update when it is available to collect.

Are there any locations you cannot deliver to a collect+ store?

Please find detailed below the areas that currently collect + is unable to deliver to Republic of Ireland , Isle of Man Shetland, Orkney, Scilly Isles and BFPO locations. To find your nearest store, simply visit www.collectplus.co.uk and enter your postcode.

RETURNS

Returns At Regatta we offer a 100% guarantee. If you are in any way dissatisfied with the goods you have ordered for any reason, we will give you a full refund, provided that you return them to us unused with original labels and packaging, including proof of purchase within 14 days. We will refund you in full. We process returns as soon as they arrive, however during extremely busy periods please allow 14 days for your return to be processed.

Note: Unfortunately we can only accept returns of products purchased via the website. If you have purchased goods through one of our stockists or dealers, please arrange your return with them directly.


Collect +

You can use our NEW Collect+ service for a fixed price of £3.50*.


Collect+ is a convenient way to return parcels at any one of their 4,500 local stores, most open early or late, 7 days a week. Please note: You cannot return a parcel via Collect+ to your local Regatta store.

Collect+ Instructions
When ordering your returns label online, payment can be made by credit or debit card, or by Paypal. You will need a printer to print out your returns label.

Please note that if you are returning more than one product, you can pack the items together, enclosing your complete returns form.

  1. Go to www.collectplus.co.uk/regatta and follow the instructions to purchase your returns label.
  2. Print out your returns label and attach it to your parcel, covering your original address label. Please ensure the barcode is clearly visible.
  3. Drop your parcel off at your chosen local store offering the Collect+ service. You will be issued with a proof of postage receipt.
  4. Keep your receipt safe so that you can track your parcel online at www.collectplus.co.uk/track.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item we will refund the cost of your initial order in full to your debit/credit card. We will then contact you to confirm that we have a replacement item available. Once we have confirmed and despatched the goods, we will then reprocess the payment with no extra postage charge.

Delivery Restrictions

When you place an order, we will inform you which delivery services are available. Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this timescale. We cannot accept any liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

Some postal addresses in Northern Ireland, some off-shore islands and remote areas of Great Britain may not be covered by some or all of these services and we may not be able to arrange delivery of some items to such addresses. If you have any queries please contact Customer Service on 0161 866 0579. All items are subject to stock availability. If we cannot supply goods within our specified time-scale we will continue to deliver and inform you of any delay. In requesting delivery of a product, you will be agreeing that the delivery company has the right to go onto the property and, if no one is available to receive delivery, to leave the goods in any unlocked location at the delivery address. They will endeavour to ensure that any such location is dry and out of general sight.

PAYMENT DETAILS

We accept: Visa, or MasterCard. We are sorry that we are unable to accept American Express card payments. For payments by debit or credit cards we only debit your card once your order has been despatched. If you are using Paypal as a payment method, payment is taken upon order, if for any reason we are unable to despatch your goods we will refund you direct to your Paypal Account and advise via email that this has been processed.

We try our level best to send orders out in one delivery, if your order is sent in two deliveries, don't worry you will not be charged for the additional delivery. However, your card statement may show you order value split into separate charges corresponding to each despatch. NB. Promotional codes cannot be used on the website during sale times.

We unfortunately are not able to accept e cheque payments in paypal, if they are submitted we will cancel the order and email via paypal to confirm not accepted.
